Esteem Clinic Gift Cards Terms and Conditions

• Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from issue.
• Gift Cards are redeemable for services and products at any Esteem Clinic location (unless otherwise stated).
• Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or credit.
• Any unused value will remain until the date of expiry on the card, however no change can be given.
• Clients will need to complete a client registration form prior to the commencement of treatment at Esteem Clinic.
• Gift cards are only valid for the specified beneficiary name and are unable to be transferred without permission from Esteem Clinic.
• Clients may be required to provide photo identification when redeeming Gift Cards.
• Esteem Clinic reserve the right to determine if a client is suitable for treatment and can at any time refuse to treat.
