Customer Service Officer

Customer Facing (Call Centre & Customer Service)
Casual Customer Service / Receptionist
This varied role includes providing exceptional customer service over the phone and in person. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients with enquiries
- Book and manage appointments
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with clients (Thursday & Friday, Upton St Clinic)
- Welcome and assist clients at reception on Saturdays (Bundall Clinic)
- Maintain accurate records and update appointment schedules
- Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
About You:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and well-presented
- Confident using computers and booking systems
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Able to remain calm and efficient in a busy clinic environment
- Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
