Senior Marketing Manager –

Our industry consists of medical professionals and beauty therapists. Your role will be to develop, execute, measure and improve marketing strategies/campaigns within this industry. We are the leader in skin and aesthetic treatments and have 5 successful clinics across Brisbane & the Gold Coast.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager with a strong focus on Lead Generation.

This role is responsible for the development and implementation of the communications, media and marketing strategy to build the profile, visibility, presence of our brand and its affiliates.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Consultation, negotiation and collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders to develop and execute the communications, media and marketing strategy that support us to achieve its strategic goals as directed by the CEO.
Provide high level advice to the CEO and prepare correspondence relating to communications, media and marketing.
Monitor media outlets and identify any implications for the organisation.
Lead the development and implementation of our brand vision to position us as the first preference for skin and aesthetic treatments.
Oversee all – Editorial and Design Services, Visual Media, Web Strategy and Development, advice and coordination of all marketing and communications as required.

Selection Criteria – Essential

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and autonomously.
Outstanding interpersonal, consultation, engagement and negotiation skills including the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
High level oral and written communication skills with the ability to create media releases, annual reports, briefs, advertisements and other related documents as required.
A demonstrated track record at senior levels in the communications, media, marketing or a related field with a record of innovation and success in complex environments.
Demonstrated high level of experience with Lead Generation and Social Media Management.
