As an Esteem VIP member, you have the ability to earn and redeem points in any of our 5 clinic locations.

Annual Joining Fee

Joining fee is an annual fee of $100.00.

Earning Points

Earn one loyalty point for every $20.00 spent in clinic.

You can accumulate your loyalty points and use them at any of our 5 clinic within the 12 months membership.

Clients earn 1 loyalty point for every $20 spent in clinic on any treatment or products.

Loyalty points cannot be transferred for cash.

Redeeming Points

Loyalty points will be awarded at the time of purchase not at the time of booking the appointment.

Loyalty points can be used for any treatment or product purchase, including discounted treatments and can be used for part purchase i.e. using points + cash.

You cannot use your loyalty points to purchase gift cards.

Loyalty points used to purchase discounted treatments will reflect the value at the time of use not the RRP.

General Information

Esteem Clinic reserves the right to change or remove the loyalty program at any time.

Esteem will periodically send out reminders to you about redeeming your loyalty points.

Free Shipping refers to anywhere posted within Australia.

Bonus Loyalty Points

Bonus loyalty points may be awarded at the discretion of Esteem Clinic from time to time.

Eligibility for earning bonus points will be advertised during certain campaigns.
